general Information

Harvest Basics

  • $300 Deposit per head required to book appointment
  • All livestock must be able to stand and walk on their own
  • Horns must be cut within 8" from base
  • Cut Sheets must be presented with cattle at drop-off


Packaging Basics

  • All meat custom cut to your specifications, vacuumed packaged, boxed and frozen
  • 2 steaks to a package
  • Ground Beef and stew meat are vacuum sealed in 1lb to 1- 1/4lb packages

Deposit required at time of booking (No exceptions)

Processing Deposit $300 per head Purchase Side of Beef Deposit $2400 whole, $1200 half


Beef Processing under U.S.D.A Inspection

Vacuum sealed, labeled, and boxed for your convenience.

Harvest Fee

$100 per beef

Harvesting/by-product disposal fee per beef 

Packaging and Material Surcharge

$100 per beef

Vacuum sealed and boxed

Carcass Weight (Custom)

$1.75lb

Pricing is based on carcass/rail weights. Regular rate is $1.75lb 

Carcass Weight (Under Inspection)

$1.95lb

USDA inspection is an additional charge and is mandatory if product is going to be for sale. 

Stew meat over 5 lbs

$15

If more than 5 pounds requested will be charged a flat fee of $15.

Hide Return

$25

Hide bagged and frozen to return back to customer

Split/Divided Orders

$100

Divide a beef in half allowing each half to be customized.

Additional Storage

$10

Due to limited freezer space we ask orders to be picked up within 5 business days of being notified. Each additional day will be charged $10 a day.

Carcass/Hanging

$7.99 lb carcass / rail weight

Pricing is based on rail weight and is subject to change.

Deposits are non-refundable unless contacted to reschedule at least 2 weeks before appointment. If we are not notified that you need to reschedule and are a no show, the full deposit will be considered forfeited.
